Summer Program
The Allen Matkins Summer Program provides law students with an educational, eye-opening experience that’s enjoyable, exciting and honest. Our goal is to help you understand what it’s really like to work with us.
Here are some features of our summer program:
Your Mentor
We pair each of you with one attorney who’ll show you the ins and outs of being a lawyer at our firm.
The Work
We’ll strive to give you the opportunity to work with attorneys in each of our practice areas. If you already know that you’re interested in a particular area, we’ll do our best to focus your work assignments accordingly.
You’re likely to work on a range of assignments, from traditional legal research and drafting of memoranda, to the preparation of transactional documents and pleadings.
The Fun
We put on a variety of social events for our summer associates to give you a chance to relax and get to know us. It's also our way of showing you why Allen Matkins is a great place to work.
