Parker Properties managing member Russ Parker tells Bisnow the Orange County office market outlook is positive.

"Believe it or not, it may be brighter and more sustainable from an office demand standpoint," Russ says.

This is especially true since Russ says the "primary user categories" are finance, tech, medical device makers, pharma and professional services.

Allen Matkins partner Bill Ahern (pictured above with his wife, Jen, and children, Gain, Riley and Bridget) says Orange County's development market is "very vibrant" with a number of condo and office projects under construction, especially in Irvine.
