Biography
Louis T. Antosh, Jr. is a partner in the Orange County office of Allen Matkins. His practice focuses primarily upon the representation of national life insurance companies and other institutional lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions, including loan originations, workouts and other finance-related transactions. He has represented lenders in connection with numerous portfolio transactions secured by real property located in California, Arizona, Nevada and various other states. He also represents commercial loan servicers in connection with loan assumptions, loan modifications, equity transfers, preferred equity transactions and other loan servicing-related matters. Additionally, Lou represents borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including construction, bridge, permanent financings and workouts. He also has significant experience representing borrowers in connection with the defeasance of commercial loans.
In addition to his work in the finance arena, Lou's experience includes representation of clients in purchase and sale transactions, title insurance practice, and other general real estate matters.

Education
Lou graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1995. He earned his B.S. in management, magna cum laude, from Pepperdine University in 1992.
