Biography
As Director of Legal Recruiting, Lorraine R. Connally is responsible for the firm’s management and direction of law school and lateral recruiting. She is responsible for the firm’s policies and procedures that relate to lateral recruiting and entry-level hiring, the summer associate program, and the orientation and integration of new lawyers. As a member of the management staff, Lorraine contributes to Allen Matkins’ long-and short-term strategic plans.
Lorraine is an active member of LAALRA (Los Angeles Area Legal Recruitment Association) and NALP (National Association for Law Placement), and currently serves as Vice President of OCLRA (Orange County Legal Recruitment Association). She has spoken on various topics at annual conferences for NALP and at local city group meetings/conferences.

Education
Lorraine holds a B.S., with honors, in business management from Azusa Pacific University.
