Biography
Richard M. Dinets is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office, and is a member of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice. Richard has experience in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 litigation; complex commercial litigation; securities litigation; corporate governance; trademark and intellectual property litigation; and state and federal court appeals.
Prior to attending law school, Richard started his own clothing line.
Education
Richard received his B.A. in political science/international relations from the University of California, San Diego in 2004, where he made the Dean's List. In 2009, he received his J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles, where he served as an editor, staff writer, and note and comment editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Richard was also an extern to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, a research associate for Professor Linda Beres, and a mentor as part of Loyola's Academic Support Program.
