Lee A. Edlund is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office where he practices in the firm's Commercial Project Management practice group. Lee has a broad commercial real estate practice. He has extensive experience in the areas of commercial leasing and real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing. Lee represents both landlords and tenants in the preparation, negotiation and review of office leases (including major corporate headquarters), retail and shopping center leases, ground leases, subleases, license agreements, and related documentation, including tenant work letters, guaranties, consents and subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements. Lee also represents a wide variety of clients in the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate, including office buildings, shopping centers, commercial mixed-use projects and raw land.
Prior to joining the firm, Lee's practice emphasized representation of major institutional lenders in areas of real estate financing, including acquisition, construction and permanent loans, letter of credit issuances, and loan modifications and workouts. He has continued his real estate financing practice, broadening his representation to include borrowers.

Lee attended the University of California at Berkeley, from which he received his B.A. in political science and mass communications with highest distinction in general scholarship in 1991. He received his J.D. in 1994 from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law at Boalt Hall.
