Biography
Nancy S. Fong is a senior counsel in our Los Angeles office where her practice focuses upon business and real estate litigation. Nancy specializes in complex commercial litigation, banking litigation, construction defect litigation, landlord-tenant issues, and writs of mandamus. She has handled claims involving business torts, contracts, professional negligence, construction disputes, prevailing wage disputes, employment disputes, partnership disputes, alter ego claims, purchase and sale disputes, toxic torts, trademark infringement, land use disputes, class action lawsuits, and many other issues. Nancy represents business entities, financial institutions, property owners, individuals and developers, and has a variety of trial and alternate dispute resolution experience. Nancy has argued motions in both federal and state courts in trial and post-trial phases.
Nancy’s recent published decisions include, Embassy, LLC v. City of Santa Monica, et al. (June 14, 2010).

Education
Nancy received her J.D. in 2001 from UCLA Law School, where she served as Articles Editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal and as a teaching assistant. Her B.A. is also from the University of California, Los Angeles; she graduated magna cum laude with majors in political science and asian american studies.
