Biography
Eoin Gubbins is an associate in the firm's Century City office, where his practice focuses primarily on real estate law transactions. He has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, including industrial, office and retail leases. Eoin also has experience in drafting various types of real estate agreements and working on purchase and sale transactions.

Education
Eoin received his LL.M, summa cum laude, from the University of Dublin, Trinity College School of Law in 2006. Prior to being awarded his Master in Laws, he received his B.A. in law & accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Limerick School of Law in 2005, where he received an academic scholarship to attend the Copenhagen Business School. While in law school in Ireland, he was selected by the University of Limerick and the Irish American Bar Association (Los Angeles) to receive a scholarship to participate in an externship program at the Federal District Court for the Central District of California. At the Federal District Court, Eoin served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., and the Honorable Dale S. Fischer. During his LL.M studies, Eoin authored and published "Precedent in the WTO: Advantages of De Jure Stare Decisis," (2006) 9 TCLR 57.
