Biography
Kyle Y. Hoshide is a partner in the firm's Century City office and a member of the firm's Real Estate group. His primary practice includes the representation of institutional and other public and private investors, owners and developers in commercial office, retail and industrial leasing transactions, acquisition, disposition and development (including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hotel) transactions, and other property ownership/management-related matters. Kyle also has extensive experience representing tenants in commercial leasing transactions, including a start-up high-tech mobile phone and mobile phone service company in its nationwide roll-out of flagship retail store locations.

Education
Kyle received his J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles, where he was an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. During law school, Kyle also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Alex Kozinski in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Kyle received his B.A. in History from Yale University.
