Biography
Christine Kormanik is senior counsel in the Orange County office where she concentrates her practice on business and tax planning. Christine handles a wide variety of transactional matters, including the formation, financing, reorganization, conversion and dissolution of joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations, and real property and general business transactions.
Christine is the author of three chapters in the California Business Law Deskbook, published by Thomson Reuters/West, which summarize California law applicable to general and limited partnerships.

Education
Christine received her B.A. in communications, magna cum laude, in 1992 from Rutgers College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D., summa cum laude, in 1997 from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was a published member of the Law Review. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Christine served as a law clerk to Judge Thomas I. McKnew, Jr. of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
