Biography
Daniel G. McIntosh is a business transactional lawyer with a practice that includes formation, governance and capital transactions for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; formation and financing of joint ventures; mergers and acquisitions; finance, including investments and loans; representation of start-ups in formation and angel and subsequent financing rounds; and major real estate transactions. His recent and current matters include representation of numerous clients conducting business in the entertainment industry as well as investments funds, consumer product distributors, web based companies, and institutions and individuals providing financing for new ventures.

Education
Dan received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law at Boalt Hall. He received his A.B. from University of California, Berkeley, where was President of the Associated Students and a recipient of the Robert Gordon Sproul Award.
