Biography
Brad H. Nielsen is a partner in the firm's Orange County office. Brad's practice involves all aspects of real estate transactions, including primarily acquisitions, dispositions, leasing of office, industrial and retail properties, ground leases, CC&Rs and REAs, easement agreements, telecommunication license/access agreements and broker/listing agreements.

Education
Brad received his B.A. in economics with a minor in management from the University of California, Irvine in 1995. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 1999, where he was a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
