Biography
Jason Perscheid is an associate in the Orange County office, where he practices in the firm's Real Estate group. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and large portfolio transactions.
Jason also has litigation experience representing major insurance companies, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in negligence, strict liability, breach of contract and indemnity actions arising out of single-family, multi-family, hotel and commercial properties.
Education
Jason received his B.A. from Stanford University and received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, Jason received numerous awards for legal research and writing.
