Biography
Benjamin L. Scoll is an associate in our Orange County office, where he practices in the firm's Real Estate group. Ben assists clients with the analysis and transaction of single-property and portfolio acquisitions, dispositions, like-kind exchanges, deeds-in-lieu, loan purchases and loan modifications. Ben's practice also includes drafting and negotiating office, industrial, retail and ground leases.
Education
Ben received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2009, where he was awarded Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as an editor on the BYU Law Review, BYU Journal of Public Law, and BYU International Law & Management Review. Ben received his B.S. in sociology, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2004.
