Biography
Nicholas A. Subias is senior counsel in our San Francisco office. He represents corporate and individual clients defend against and pursue claims in state trial and appellate courts; federal district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts; arbitrations and mediations.
Nick's practice focuses on claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, fraud, interference with prospective economic advantage, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, Lanham Act violation, due process violation, and Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq. violation.

Education
Nick received his B.A. in history and a B.A. in legal studies in 1997 from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2003, he received his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
