Biography
Craig D. Swanson is a partner in the San Diego office. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of regional malls; specialty, power and neighborhood shopping centers; industrial projects; office buildings; and other commercial and mixed-use projects. Craig's clients include some of the nation's leading real estate development and retail companies. Having negotiated the sale of numerous regional malls throughout the United States, Craig is particularly well-versed in anticipating and addressing the needs of his clients in both the acquisition and sale of commercial real estate. He has extensive experience representing developers, from individuals to national corporations, in drafting and negotiating CC&Rs for industrial/business parks and reciprocal easement agreements (REAs) for shopping centers. Craig has expertise on a broad range of leasing issues, representing both landlords and tenants in industrial, office and retail projects.

Education
Craig attended the University of San Diego, where he graduated with a B.A. in business administration in 1982, and a J.D., magna cum laude, in 1985.
