Biography
Josi Kennon Swonetz is an associate in our San Diego office. Her practice is focused on commercial litigation. Her litigation experience includes conducting percipient witness and expert witness depositions, writing motions, and trial preparation.

Education
Josi received her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2008. While in law school, she served as notes editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal, worked for the Post-Conviction Justice Project, and was academic co-chair for the Black Law Student's Association. She also worked as a judicial extern for Judge Peter Busch and Judge Ronald Quidachay of the Superior Court of California. She received her B.A., cum laude, in theater arts and her B.S., cum laude, in political science from Santa Clara University in 2002.
