KPCC Interview with Tony Natsis on the Anderson Forecast

Coastkeeper sues Water Authority over desalination plants

Mark J. Hattam and Kathryn D. Horning represented the San Diego Water Authority in a lawsuit brought by CoastKeepers in San Diego Superior Court claiming that the Water Authority failed to account for the environmental impacts of its long-term water supply plan, including a water desalination plant scheduled to open in Carlsbad.
