Allen Matkins’ land use attorneys have drafted and negotiated more development agreements than any other law firm in the state. (Development agreements allow public agencies and developers to expressly define a development project’s controlling rules, regulations and policies for a specific period of time.)
We are known as innovators and leaders in this area and have drafted development agreements for every type and size of development project. We have also litigated development agreements in the California Supreme Court.
