Allen Matkins helps clients review loan documents and explain complex provisions to our borrower clients. We also make certain that the documents accurately reflect the terms of the deal. In addition, we help clients ensure that the provisions of the loan documents provide them with flexibility and certainty during the term of the loan. Examples of critical provisions include reserve and impound disbursement requirements, real property transfer rights, and equity transfer rights.
