C. Bolstad Joins the Los Angeles Office of
Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP
LOS ANGELES – Nov. 19, 2007 – Allen Matkins Leck Gamble
Mallory & Natsis LLP, a leading California business and real
estate law firm, announces the addition of business litigator David
C. Bolstad as a partner in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Bolstad's business litigation practice encompasses real estate litigation,
consumer class actions, copyright and licensing disputes, labor
and employment litigation, and insurance coverage actions. He has
represented large national and international companies in a wide
variety of cases in federal and state courts.
"David's breath of experience will play in integral part in
serving clients' diverse needs and the firm's growing litigation
team," said Brian Leck, managing partner of Allen Matkins.
"His stellar reputation as a business litigator and proven
track record is a great fit for our successful litigation practice
group."
Bolstad's real estate litigation practice includes resolution of
transactional and project issues involving complex property disputes.
He represents real property owners and secured lenders in disputes
relating to purchase and sale contracts, secured loan transactions,
construction defects on private and public works projects, judicial
and non-judicial foreclosures, receiverships, mechanic's lien claims,
land use, easements and rights of way, commercial leases, and fraudulent
conveyances.
He joins Allen Matkins as a former partner with Mayer Brown.
Bolstad received his undergraduate degree from California State
University, Long Beach, his MBA from Loyola Marymount University
and his J.D., Order of the Coif, from Loyola Law School.
