Sonia
Ransom Named Among 2007 Women of Influence in Real Estate
LOS ANGELES – Oct. 23, 2007 – Sonia
Ransom, a land use partner in the Los Angeles office of Allen Matkins
Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP, will be recognized as one
of 2007's Women of Influence in Real Estate by Real Estate Southern
California at an awards ceremony on Nov. 8.
For the fifth consecutive year, Ms. Ransom has been named one of
Real Estate Southern California's “Most Influential Women
in Commercial Real Estate.” She is highly regarded for her
extensive experience in land use and redevelopment. Her work in
land use matters includes developing entitlement strategies for
commercial, industrial, and residential projects in numerous Southern
and Northern California jurisdictions.

is receiving this well-deserved honor in recognition of her unconditional
commitment to excellence," said Tony Natsis, head of Allen
Matkins' real estate department. "She is truly one of the most

The 8th Annual Women of Influence Awards will be held at 11:30 a.m.
on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007 at The City Club of Bunker Hill in Los
Angeles. The event will honor women throughout the region for their
"contributions to commercial real estate and their devotion
to the enrichment of their communities."
Ms. Ransom was also recently honored by Commercial Real Estate Women
- Los Angeles (CREW-LA) as a woman in real estate who has transformed
the real estate landscape of Los Angeles.
