Los
Angeles, CA. - Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory &
Natsis is pleased to announce it will open a second Northern California
office this spring in Walnut Creek, CA, which will service a wide-range
of clients in the real-estate sector, including builders, developers,
governments, and the investment and brokerage community.
The 6,500 square foot office, located at 2 Walnut Creek Center,
will accommodate eleven attorneys. David H. Blackwell and Michael
P. Durkee, currently real estate and land-use partners of the firm's
San Francisco office, will be managing the location, along with
associate Thomas Tunny, who specializes in environmental and natural
resources.
“This office shows our growth as a firm and commitment to
our clients in the real-estate community, not just in the larger
areas of Southern California, but to all areas,” operating
partner of the San Francisco office, John Gamble said.
“Walnut Creek is another example of our client-driven approach,”
Michael Durkee said. "That's been the model in San Francisco
and virtually every office we have at the firm."
Michael Durkee further stated “The area around Walnut Creek
has begun to see quite a bit of increase in growth and these are
