We represent managers, sponsors and investors in the formation and capitalization of private equity funds, as well as the operation of these funds and the acquisition and disposition of fund assets. Our experience includes debt and equity funds, venture funds, sector funds, and funds of funds. We also advise clients in structuring distressed company and other scavenger funds to take advantage of evolving market conditions. Our lawyers are able to structure these funds to meet the complex needs of domestic and foreign, individual and institutional investors.
