Biography

Kevin Quan is an associate in the Labor & Employment group in San Francisco. He advises and represents employers against discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims filed in both state and federal courts. He also investigates and responds to charges filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH).

Kevin's practice also involves counseling employers on wage and hour issues, reasonable accommodations, and employee handbooks.

While in law school, Kevin served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Edward M. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable A. James Robertson II of the San Francisco Superior Court.

Education

Kevin received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He received the CALI Award in Civil Procedure, Witkin Award in Mediation, and the award for third best written brief in the David E. Snodgrass Appellate Advocacy competition. He served as the Executive Managing Editor of Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Kevin earned his B.A. in Political Science and Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine.
