2L Summer Program: How to Apply

WHEN CAN I APPLY FOR THE SUMMER PROGRAM?

We accept summer program applications from second-year law students on a rolling basis. As part of the recruiting process, we also participate in several on-campus events throughout the year.

ARE THE ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS OFFICE-SPECIFIC?

Our on-campus interview schedules are firmwide, meaning our interviewers represent the entire firm rather than a specific office. You will be asked to indicate your preferred office during your interview.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T GET AN ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEW?

If you are unable to secure an interview slot during the on-campus bidding process, or we are not visiting your school this year, we encourage you to return to this page to submit your application directly to the firm starting April 1.

how to apply

Please apply to only one office. You will have the option to select additional office location preferences within the application. Please include the following documentation along with your application:

  1. Resume
  2. Transcripts (undergrad & law school)
  3. Cover letter
  4. Writing sample

Application Period: April 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025

APPLY HERE

Although we accept applications through July 31, applications are considered on a rolling basis. We highly encourage you to submit your materials as soon as possible, as our limited number of positions may be filled before that time.
