Zachary Brenner

Zach represents clients in complex real estate matters, including the drafting and negotiation of loan documents and related transactional documentation. His experience includes advising global hospitality brands on multi‑year development, management, and branding arrangements for large‑scale mixed‑use projects, as well as representing private equity funds in land‑banking acquisitions nationwide.

While in law school, Zach was recognized for excellence in legal writing, earning an award for the best written brief in his first‑year legal writing course. He served as a senior production editor of the Hastings Law Journal and was actively involved in academic leadership, including as a teaching fellow for Real Property Law. Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Zach was an associate at Holland & Knight LLP.
