Thomas is a real estate and land use associate in the San Diego office. Thomas represents institutional investors, owner-operators and other clients in all stages of the development process from entitlement and acquisition to leasing and disposition. He represents institutional investors and other clients in matters involving a range of asset types, including data center, industrial, life science, office, and retail properties, with experience advising both landlords and tenants. Thomas’ tenant representations include counseling one of the world’s largest software and computing companies with respect to its data center leases.
