As Director of Finance at Allen Matkins, Elias leads the finance and accounting team. Elias has more than 20 years of experience in various professional organizations. He has a proven track record of assisting firms improve processes and controls, and increase their profitability. In addition to law firms, he has experience in Broker/Dealer, real estate, private equity, venture capital, alternative investments, and Big 4 accounting & consulting. Before joining Allen Matkins, Elias held several positions, including Controller – Glaser Weil LLP, Controller & FINOP – Montgomery & Co Investment Bank, and Assistant Vice President – BONY Mellon Alternative Investments and Project Controller – Westfield Corporation.
