Arman is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office whose practice focuses on real estate disputes. He represents institutional and private real estate clients in a broad range of disputes involving commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, title matters, landlord-tenant issues, and other complex real estate controversies. He works closely with clients to develop practical strategies to resolve disputes efficiently while advancing their business objectives.
Arman has experience representing clients in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. He assists clients throughout all stages of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and other aspects of dispute resolution.
In addition to his real estate litigation practice, Arman also has experience with bankruptcy, employment, and commercial litigation matters.
During law school, Arman completed clerkships with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office in Minnesota. He also served as a certified student attorney with the University of Minnesota Law School’s Bankruptcy Clinic, advising clients on Chapter 7 cases.
