Meghan is an associate in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Land Use, Environmental, and Natural Resources group. She assists clients with due diligence, permitting, entitlements, California Environmental Quality Act compliance, and other land use and environmental issues arising in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate assets across California. From transit-oriented development in highly urbanized areas to solar facilities and battery energy storage systems in rural areas, Meghan has assisted with due diligence, entitlements, and transactional matters for a variety of project types. Meghan also has experience with the system of laws and incentives facing California multifamily developers, including the Density Bonus Law and various other state and local housing laws.
During law school, Meghan was a chief submissions editor for the UCLA Journal of Gender and Law. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Josephine L. Staton with the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and as a legal intern at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands.
