Daniella Cohensedgh

Daniella is an employment and labor associate in the Los Angeles office. She represents employers in single-plaintiff, PAGA, and class action litigation involving a broad range of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She also advises employers on employment practices and regularly drafts and updates employee handbooks to ensure compliance with current state and federal laws.

Daniella began her career at Allen Matkins in the firm’s summer associate program while she was in law school at Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Daniella served as a senior editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy.
