Carole is an associate in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Litigation group. Carole regularly handles complex litigation before federal and state courts.
She has represented companies and individuals in a variety of civil and commercial disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and employment disputes. She has also represented clients in securities and cryptocurrency disputes.
Carole routinely advises clients on resolving complex disputes both in and out of court, including through extended arbitration and mediation.
Before joining Allen Matkins, Carole was a litigation associate at a global law firm focused on the representation of high-net-worth individuals.
Carole received her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where she received awards for her grades in courses and for mediation competitions.
