Bryce is an associate in the Corporate and Finance practice in the Los Angeles office.
Bryce advises sponsors and investors on the formation, structuring, and operation of private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, debt, and real estate funds. He assists with drafting fund documentation, negotiating terms with investors, and supporting clients throughout the fundraising and closing process.
In addition to his fund formation practice, Bryce also works on general corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, and ongoing compliance for emerging companies and investment entities. He also assists with the drafting of joint venture agreements and related governance documents for real estate and investment transactions.
Bryce brings strategic insight and industry knowledge to complex, high-value transactions. Recent work includes advising a leading sports investment group on the record-breaking acquisition of a National Women’s Soccer League franchise; representing a private real estate investment firm in securing a $50 million institutional commitment; and guiding the formation of a $100 million closed-end fund targeting office, retail, and industrial assets.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Bryce worked as an associate at Creative Industry Law. Bryce served as a law clerk for the Honorable Margo A. Rocconi in the United States District Court, Central District of California.
