Gabrielle L. Fischer

Gabrielle (Gaby) is the Chief Administrative Officer of the firm. In this role, she manages and oversees the activities and operations of many of the firm’s service departments including building services, hospitality, facilities, library services, office services, paralegals, reception, records, secretaries, and word processing. She is also responsible for developing recommendations, implementing decisions, and overseeing the completion of all matters relative to the firm's space planning.

Gaby works closely with each Office Operating Partner and the Chief Operating Officer to strategically align the administrative team and operational activities to ensure responsive, efficient, and excellent service throughout.

Gaby has more than 15 years of legal administration and law firm leadership experience. She serves on the firm’s Community Outreach Committee and Technology Committee.

Gaby is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) where she has served as a past Membership Director of the Orange County chapter and has served on various committees.
