Kit Garcin is a corporate and securities lawyer whose practice focuses on fund formation, corporate finance, and complex business transactions. She represents sponsors, investors, and operating companies in matters involving entity structuring, capital raising, securities compliance, and ongoing governance.
Kit regularly advises clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds, real estate syndications, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships. She works closely with clients to design and implement ownership and management structures that balance business goals, investor protections, and regulatory requirements.
In her corporate finance and transactional practice, Kit assists clients with equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and bespoke transactions involving unique asset classes and operational frameworks, including water rights, electric vehicle charging facilities, and complex multi-entity governance arrangements.
