Leilee Ghassemi

Leilee is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office who represents companies in complex commercial and real estate disputes, with substantial experience in joint venture disputes. She also defends clients in labor and employment matters.

A strategic, business-minded advocate, Leilee manages cases end-to-end — from early case assessment and pleadings through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation — and has a strong record of achieving favorable results for commercial and real estate clients in mediation, private arbitration, and at trial.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Leilee was a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
