Alexandra Hirsch

Alexandra is a real estate associate in the New York office. She advises public and private property owners, investors, REITs, and developers in commercial transactional matters, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Alexandra has multi-faceted leasing experience, routinely negotiating, drafting, and amending leases for landlords and tenants of warehouse, industrial, retail, office, and other commercial properties. Her practice encompasses all aspects of owning and operating commercial real estate, ranging from strategic portfolio counsel and day-to-day operational issues to restructuring and distressed asset management.
