Alexandra Hirsch
Associate
Alexandra is a real estate associate in the New York office. She advises public and private property owners, investors, REITs, and developers in commercial transactional matters, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Alexandra has multi-faceted leasing experience, routinely negotiating, drafting, and amending leases for landlords and tenants of warehouse, industrial, retail, office, and other commercial properties. Her practice encompasses all aspects of owning and operating commercial real estate, ranging from strategic portfolio counsel and day-to-day operational issues to restructuring and distressed asset management.
Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Alexandra worked at a prominent firm in New York. She also served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded, net lease REIT. This experience, managing real estate acquisitions and dispositions for an institutional landlord, helps her anticipate complications at the earliest stages of a transaction and efficiently further her clients’ business goals.
During law school, Alexandra externed for the Honorable Judge Jeffrey Lawrence of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
