Edward "Ed" Ji

Ed has a broad background which, in addition to his transactional real estate practice, includes previously serving as a banking and finance associate with an international law firm where he assisted major financial institutions, public and private companies, and direct and alternative lenders in effectively assessing legal risk in complex secured and unsecured commercial finance transactions. Prior to practicing law, Ed was a Credit Risk Senior Analyst with JPMorgan Chase & Co., in its Commercial Term Lending department where he reviewed loans for, and performed due diligence on, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail properties.

Ed is conversationally proficient in Korean.
