Jordan H. Klein

Jordan is an associate in the Los Angeles office who advises clients in complex corporate transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity, sales and dispositions, early- and late-stage investments, de-SPACs, recapitalizations, and secondary transactions. He represents private equity funds, portfolio companies, startups, and other public and private businesses operating across a wide range of industries, including emerging technology, healthcare, and the utilities sector.

During law school, Jordan served as executive editor of the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum.
