Michelle brings a strong business foundation to her legal practice, enabling her to deliver practical, business-minded solutions in complex leasing and transactional matters. Based in the Los Angeles office, she represents landlords and tenants across a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, office, medical, mixed-used, retail and life science projects nationwide. Her legal practice includes negotiating letters of intent, initial leases, assignments, subleases, options, and subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment (SNDA) agreements.
Before earning her law degree, Michelle spent over a decade in the commercial real estate industry. She began her real estate career at Grubb & Ellis Company as a broker focused on office and retail deals, later serving as Director of Leasing at Boulevard Investment Group, a private healthcare real estate investment firm, and as Senior Asset Manager at Meridian, a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap Company.
During law school, Michelle remained committed to advocacy and leadership, volunteering with KIND (Kids in Need of Defense) and serving as Treasurer of the Health Law & Bioethics Association at Loyola Law School. Today, she is continuing that commitment as an active member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee and a Founding Board Member or REAL (Real Estate Association of Latinx Professionals).
