Julia Lewitt

Julia helps guide real estate clients through various transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and multifamily properties as well as leasing. She enjoys finding solutions to highly complicated matters and recently worked on a portfolio sale of six multifamily properties across four states to one buyer, a $422 million deal.

Julia began her career at Allen Matkins in the firm’s summer associate program while she was in law school. She elected to return to the firm once she graduated because she appreciates working on challenging matters, and while the firm handles the same type of work as large multi-national firms, she feels it has the congeniality and client-service responsiveness and reliability of a small firm.

Julia was invited to speak on a panel at the Los Angeles County Bar Association focusing on the top 10 real estate cases of 2017. In addition to serving as an Allen Matkins Summer Associate, Julia was a legal extern for the Center for Conflict Resolution in Los Angeles.
