Kim is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office, where she represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on complex real estate and business disputes, and her recent matters have included landlord–tenant controversies, insurance recovery actions, and construction disputes. Kim handles all stages of litigation, including pretrial motion practice, discovery and depositions, settlement negotiations, and, when necessary, trial preparation.
A committed community volunteer, Kim participates in the San Francisco Bar Association’s Federal Pro Bono Project. She also coaches Moot Court alumni at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, and serves as a Volunteer Mock Trial Coach for Making Waves Academy, where she mentors students in advocacy and courtroom procedures.
