Patrick is a real estate associate in the San Francisco office with a background in tax law. He advises owners, operators, investors, borrowers, landlords, and tenants in connection with commercial real estate transactions. Patrick's practice focuses on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and borrower-side financing matters involving a variety of asset types, including office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties.
He assists clients with all phases of a transaction, including due diligence, title and survey review, negotiation, drafting, and closing. Patrick regularly works on purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents.
During law school, Patrick interned with one of the Big Four accounting firms, focusing on tax, financial, and policy matters. Additionally, he served as a summer intern with the California Department of Justice’s Business and Tax Section. Patrick was a senior articles editor for the UC Law SF International Law Review (formerly Hastings International and Comparative Law Review).
