Andrew is an associate in the Orange County office whose practice focuses on litigation and bankruptcy matters, with a particular emphasis on representing financial institutions in financial services disputes. He has represented corporations, banks, and loan servicing companies in complex commercial litigation, including consumer lending matters, and has successfully advocated for clients in federal and state courts in product liability, business partnership, and complex real estate disputes.
Andrew also has significant experience advising insurers, as well as secured and unsecured creditors, in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He has represented clients in numerous complex bankruptcy matters and has successfully negotiated settlements in dozens of cases through direct negotiations, mediations, mandatory settlement conferences, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution in both federal and state courts. He is fluent in spoken Arabic.
