Devin Montgomery

Devin is a real estate finance associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She represents private equity sponsors, borrowers, lenders, and other clients in a variety of financing transactions. Her practice focuses on commercial lending matters, including credit facilities, acquisition financings, and other secured and unsecured financing arrangements.

Devin assists clients with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of financing transactions. She regularly works on loan agreements, security agreements, and related transaction documents, and advises clients on due diligence, regulatory, and closing matters.

Before joining Allen Matkins, Devin practiced in the banking and credit transactions group of an international law firm, where she represented clients in complex financing transactions, fund formation and related corporate matters.  Devin represented both large private equity sponsors, as borrowers, and also banking institutions, as lenders, in the structuring, negotiation and closings of various financing deals (including but not limited to sublines, NAV facilities, SPVs, margin loans and other bespoke financing products).
