John's role involves firmwide pricing and financial management of the matter monitoring system. He works with client relationship attorneys, group leaders, and management to refine pricing initiatives through analytical insights. This includes helping lawyers achieve their clients’ business objectives by developing and monitoring arrangements that increase predictability and promote efficiency.
