Allen Nobel

Allen is a real estate associate in the Los Angeles office and has experience across a range of real estate and business law matters, including real estate development and litigation. His practice includes advising clients on acquisitions and dispositions, borrower-side financing, and commercial leasing.

Before enrolling in law school, Allen worked in asset management, assisting with the management and lease administration of a portfolio of commercial properties in the Los Angeles area.

During law school, Allen served as editor-in-chief of the USC Gould Business Law Digest, where he oversaw the publication of articles on corporate, finance, and transactional law topics.

Allen is fluent in Farsi.
