Caroline Parks

Caroline is a land use associate in the Los Angeles office. She helps clients navigate land use and environmental matters arising during the acquisition and development of a diverse cross section of commercial real estate assets, ranging from multifamily and retail projects to assisted living facilities and cellular towers. Caroline has extensive experience assisting clients with acquisition due diligence, project entitlements, and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance.

She is also committed to assisting with land use issues on a pro bono basis, with her recent work including the development of a 100% affordable housing project in South Los Angeles.
