Cindy B. Paulsen

Senior Counsel

Cindy is a senior counsel in the Orange County office and a member of the Real Estate Group. She advises clients on a range of real estate, land use, and brokerage matters arising in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial assets. Her clients include global and national investors, developers, brokerage firms, homebuilders, and other influential owners/operators, such as Irvine Company, Regent Properties, and Kidder Mathews of California, Inc.

She routinely represents clients in the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale, brokerage, development and easement agreements, and complex CC&Rs. Cindy has helped clients successfully acquire, entitle, and develop a diverse collection of projects across the western United States, including master-planned communities, industrial parks, shopping centers, and mixed-use developments.

  • Regent Properties. Acquisition, development, and disposition of several master planned communities and mixed-use projects throughout California, Nevada and Texas.
  • Irvine Company. CC&Rs and easements with respect to several of its commercial and residential properties.
  • Kidder Mathews of California. Brokerage and disclosure agreements with respect to the representation of listing and cooperating agents for commercial properties.
  • Developer. Right-of-way dedications and easement agreements with respect to several of its commercial properties.
  • Developer. Acquisition, development, CC&Rs and right-of-way dedications with respect to several of its industrial properties.
